Ok, so my friends are really pissed at me cause I blew them off last night when they all saw spiderman at the new cinerama dome. But i did see it tonight. And I have to say, i went to the WORST theatre in all of Southern California. The PACIFIC HASTINGS RANCH may have a BIG SCREEN, but the management is a bunch of fuckin morons. They let people start moving into the theatre at 10:05 for a 10:15 show. Not a big deal when you run a theatre in a minimall that seats 15 people. BUT THIS PLACE HAS TO SEAT CLOSE TO 1000. Sure, 1000 people can find seats in 10 minutes. Long story short. AFTER 20 COMMERCIALS WHICH WERE ALL BOOed. and a shitload of trailers that were for all the BAD sony columbia tristar movies (sorry Jon) the movie finally started at 10:50. So, lets just give a total rundown on this theatre. One Big screen and a shitload of closet space screens. The BIG screening room's floor has not been cleaned since the early 80's. The management seems to always oversell tickets for the big screen shows. The sound systems is STERO. Not SDDS or DTS or anything that would have a trademark on it. That would cost them money. So all you get is stero. I really am getting tired of this rant. I know these stupid fucks don't care. They are makin money. So... all i can say is go somewhere else that has nice seats and clean floors and a good soundsystem.
