I have just gotta ask the questions... What the fuck would you do with this house? Who really has 12 MILLION lying around to buy a little piece of property like this? AND WHO would actually be running the fuckin bid up 16 days before this auction ends?
Think about this honestly. If you took out the BEST fire insurance on this house and it burnt down, do you think theyd give you 12 million? This is almost as bad as Tod McFarlane buying the Mark McGuire Ball when he broke the record. YOUR PISSING YOUR MONEY AWAY. The only way this house is going to keep it's value is if Marshall get's off-ed. Otherwise he's just gonna put out ONE shitty album, and everybodys gonna soon forget about him. Shit i wish he wouldn't even put out ANOTHER shitty album and people would just forget about him.
