A couple days ago LA Metro workers blew the power on my side of the street and it was out for a few hours. Two hours ago, they were fuckin around with the power in my neighborhood AGAIN. So nice to give anybody notice or anything like that. So when a nice little power drop blows through my neighborhood today it took my old G3 server with it. I've got a really old SCSI drive as the primary boot disc and i think it finally took a shit. Lucky for me ALL MY FUCKIN WORK IS ON IT! the answer to the stupid question is YES, i do backup data. The last backup i did on that drive was a month ago. Lets just say i've put hundreds of hours of work into a few projects that are now GONE and have to be reprogrammed. Well that's unless i can get Norton Utilities to perform a fuckin miracle.
