As john said in his blog, i went a little "jane goodall" last night with the raccoons. But that quickly changed when i walked into my kitchen and heard a shitload of noise coming from the attic. I walked outside and looked on the roof again. Nothing. Walked around the back and checked the other slope of the roof... nothing. Walked back inside and there's still a shitload of noise. So then i go out to the side of the house next to my neighbors. I get as close to their house as i can so i can look up on my roof on the side. Sure enough, there's mama standing next to the vent on the side of the roof. Little turd has pulled one of the boards away and pushed through the screen. And now the kids are making themselves comfortable in the attic. So anyway, they were there all night and early today, but its REALLY HOT. I bet its well over 110 degrees in the attic and have not heard any more noise since the morning when it was cooler. I think they bailed out. But i gotta be sure before i climb up on the roof and close it all up. Last think i want to do it trap a family inside and have the nice smell drifting out a few days later.
