i got pissed at myself last night. I happens all too often these days it seems. So what did i do about it this time? Well lets just say i don't have to do any repair plaster work this time around. I just got even with my hair. I think it needed to be taught a lesson, so i got rid of most of it. Jen has not seen yet, and i hope she doesn't check the blog before she gets home. I cut it a lot shorter than i usually do and i am starting to agree more and more with Will's opinion of less hair means less trouble.

Actually I think your hair looks better that way. But yeah, its not just that its less trouble, its less money as well. When you shave your head like I do, you don't have to spend money on shampoo or conditioner or hair gel or hairspray or any of that (if you're inclined to use that stuff). Also you don't have to spend money on haircuts, nor do you have to take the time to go to the barber (or stylist or whatever), and of course you don't have to worry about doing your hair every day. I've been told by just about everyone that I looked better with hair, and even think so myself, but I have a hard time justifying growing my hair out simply for vanity's sake when it is more time and cost effective to go without it.

if you cut off your legs, you don't have to spend money on pants. and why waste money on glasses, or those costly contact lenses? just gouge out your eyes. come to think of it, i spent way too much time clipping my nails. if i just pry my finger and toe nails off, i'll have way more time to spend the money i'm saving!

I know you're being silly because that's about the worst analogy I've ever heard, but I don't know if you were trying to make a point or just trying to be silly. I know no one can really make the case that spending time and effort on one's hair is for any reason other than vanity, so I'm guessing you probably agree with me :-) By the way, Dave, I like the "Kids" reference ;-)
