did not move much

I didnt get as much done yesterday as i had wanted. I finally figured out the login to ponnerbell, and started to archive all the templates and get ready for the move. At the same time i ftped all the images and other files from one server to the other. Then i got to the export point of the job. MT usually just dumps everything into one huge data dump. Well it got about 30 entries in and just stops. So i don't get close to all of the blog entries. This has led me to believe that there are data corruption problems with the database. But the site seems to rebuild just fine. So i'm looking for an alternate approach to the export of blog entries. I found the "experimental" mt-view.cgi, and a huge amount of documentation on it. So i'm thinking now that using a template change, the mt-view.cgi and a php script, i should be able to generate the same data dump that the MT export would do. Its gonna take a little work and maybe some duct tape, but i think i can get it to work. The other option is do an export, and then delete the entries that i got. Then try to export again, seeing if i will get more entries. All after a backup of all data, that is to be sure.

I got a lot of other work to do today too. I got a couple changes that should be quick on a little disney game, and then i got to do ad banner comps. fun fun fun. Well dinner tonight will be good at Trio. I'm lookin forward to that.

Sorry about that. I could have given you the password. Thanks for doing it!! Have you heard of Blog.Radio? I'm looking to put that on Ponnerbell, but am not completely sure what's entailed on the server end.
