Dodgers

I went to the Dodgers vs Angels game yesterday with Jen's father. We sat in the third row directly behind home plate in the Club House
seats. We really got there about an hour before the game started because theres a buffet in the clubhouse. We sat down and had
dodger dogs, Farmer John ham and cold beer. So the game was just a normal baseball game to watch, and i think Will would be happy to
hear that the crowd was really relaxed and mellow. Nobody trying to get cheers going, or the fuckin wave. I explained to Bob that the
best thing to do up in the reds is to twist the corners of a napkin and make a little parachute. Then you let the thing go over the edge of
the level. They'll float around for hours in the updraft of the Stadium. But i kept my eyes open for the beach balls bouncing around.
None of em got down to our area, but you'd always hear a random section start to boo for no reason at all. Then you realized that the
stadium attendant had finally gotten the beachball and popped it. No worries, there were about 10 going at one time in the 4th. But
the best was out in the pavilion. I had my sunglasses on, which are not prescription. I had to quickly break out my other glasses to see.
I saw this thing being bounced around in the pavilion seats. It was being thrown around and looked like a squid or octopus or something.
But when i put my glasses on i suddenly burst out laughing. It was a partially inflated "inflate-a-date". It only bounced around for a few
minutes til they got ahold of it, but it was damn funny nonetheless.
So the sun was just behind us most of the day, and we were in direct sunlight the entire time. So my shorts just come to above my knee. Today, i've got burt knees.
I do have to say one of the best things in the game yesterday was seeing the dodgers pitcher Kazuhisa Ishii hit his 3rd RBI of the season. The crowd went fuckin NUTS. Oh, and BTW the peanuts at the stadium are always the best.
