Inland Invasion 4

Jen and I got tickets a few weeks back for KROQ's Inland Invasion 4. Steve-O asked me to grab a few more just in case. So at the last minute i had a few extra tickets and invited Jon along. We didn't even bother heading out in the morning. Instead we shot to get there around 5 when Tears for Fears was on. Me met at an In N Out in Glendora and continued on to Devore to see the show. We made it in in the middle of the Tears for Fears set and hung out in our seats for awhile. Jon took off and walked around for the DEVO set and watched it from the grass area while looking for Steve. The DEVO set was all i really wanted to see. They played a great set and all the time you could tell they were just having a great time. Jen and I hung out in the seats and then finally started to walk around when Franz Ferdenan had throughly annoyed us enough. We got a couple of beers and wandered around the tent villiage. We got back to our seats for Billy Idol. Yup he still rawks. The crowd was going fuckin NUTS. So just about at the end of Idol Jen and I decided to take off. We found out at that point that Morrisey had canceled, and there was no real reason to hang out much longer. So we got out of the HUGE parking lot and on the road without much trouble at all. Other than the fact that i drove 3 miles in the wrong direction to get on the freeway. anyway... pictures
