So this guy was not a dangerous ass clown, but he still gets the award today. This one goes out for having no consideration for other drivers on the road who just want to get through a green light. This guy is pulling out of the gas station in China town, and he wants to make a left from College onto Hill. EVERYBODY wants to make a left onto HILL. If you want to go straight, you stay in the right lane. So this guy blocks the right lane in his attempt to get into the left lane. NOBODY lets him in. So 50 cars wait for 3 lights til finally he gets where he wants to go.
