So i "borrow" a quarter from Bouch's stash of quarters in his second drawer. And what do i find?!? A cache of oatmeal packets he's hoarding. Heheheheh busted!!!

You might say he's been hoisted by his own Bouchard. Oh—and "hoarding" is spelled wrong. Hey, I'm a writer; it's what I do.
