3rd times a charm

So i guess it was eventually going to happen, but this one was the one we were waiting for. Jen and I signed on offer on a house and the seller accepted. So it looks like we're going to be in inspection mode for a little more than a week. We'll see what happens, but everything about the house so far has been in great order. :)

Looks nice, guys. With what I know about housing costs in CA these days, I dont even want to know how much you guys are paying for that place. If you were out here in the lovely (albeit humid-as-fuck) midwest, you'd probably pay from 50K to 120K for that place...depending on the neighborhood. Interesting comparison, huh? Hi Jenn!!
