Montrose is awesome! You're going to LOVE that area. I used to live there - remember you and Brian once visited me in the house on the hill? Lots of animals and trees and nature - all the cool reasons that brian won't EVER live over there! Congratulations!

We are So happy for the two of you. It is PERFECT!!!!! I will get to see it in Nov and Eric can't wait to check it out over Christmas! We are looking forward to hearing more as you move in and get settled. The long looking process was worth it--This house is THE ONE.
