the last time i was in london (actually the only time) Jen and I had a discussion about graffiti. Her stance then was that it was in no way ART. I always have thought that any artistic expression (whether legal or not) is ART. The rules of a society don't determine what ART is, the artist does. The society can though say it is illegal and send in the thought police. Since then i think i've convinced Jen that graffiti can be art.
That being said... Jim sent me this link today and its one of the best sources of knowledge about what is going on with street artwork all over the world. Its going into the list of sites i check out daily.
