Nothing
So i check my mail. Well there's the confirmation, but no shipping confirmation, and nothing else. So i finally go to their website last night late and login. All i get is... This account has been suspended. Please contact Customer Support.
Ok? When did this happen? Were they going to notify me there was a problem? How long was my order going to sit in limbo?
So all i ever heard about Newegg was their great customer support. HAH well you think that they might send me an email telling me there was a problem. Now i gotta deal with their stelar customer support a week after i ordered the camera in the first place. Chances are i'm just gonna cancel the order and get it through amazon.

Here's a letter I just sent their claims department:
Dear Vanessa,
Please find the attached claim request. I would like you to read this email and the entire claim as I am very unhappy with the way Newegg has treated me
recently. I have been a loyal customer to you for some time and an now stationed at a remote location in Korea. The fact that your company isn't very reliable is
destroying my morale and quality of life.
I chose to use Newegg a long time ago because I believed you valued your customers and I was happy with them until this year, when your service seemed to lose it's edge entirely. After not receiving an order earlier this year, I applied for a refund 6 weeks later. It's now been a month after that and I still have not received the refund. I spoke to a customer service rep and she said the request was sent to another department but they must not have received it. Doesn't Newegg follow-up with it's own internal requests? Was it necessary that I had to call Newegg to remind them that they owe me a refund? The website states that refunds are usually made in several business days. Surely a month is enough time for the people at Newegg to request the refund and check up on it and THAT is the lack of customer service I am talking about.
I suspect that since my order was placed, it was also sent to shipping but they must have not received it as requests seem to get lost in your company. However, the order did make it to your billing department and they did their job. Now, I am once again waiting for yet another order from Newegg. Once again, I was billed promptly. Once again, the order must have been lost on the way to your warehouse because here I am 6 weeks later and the order never made it to me.
The post office I use here is 1/2 hour away from my house. I traveled it on weekdays for 6 weeks in the hopes that my package from you would arrive. I have invested a lot of time, money, worry and brain power in trying to figure out what the deal is with my stuff. The fact that I expected it and it never came has made me depressed. And now, it looks as if the parts I wanted are no longer in stock and I can't use the memory without the motherboard. What should I do now? If you refund the cost of the order what will you do in the way of compensation for my time being wasted for the past 6 weeks and my mood being ruined? I trusted Newegg and I fully expected them to come through with this order.
Sincerely,
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
