Continues in 2008?

I started watching battlestar in the same way that most people in north america did. I watched one episode on sci-fi after missing one episode. So i figured i'd go grab the first episode via bittorrent, and then catch up. What i found was episode 12 and 13, and a shitload of confusion. I didn't know what was going on until i downloaded one and saw the sky 1 logo in the lower 3rd. It turned out then that the entire first season had aired in the UK on sky 1, and the sci-fi season was just starting. So what was the result? Nobody watched the first season on sci-fi, they just downloaded all of em, and watched the first season as quickly as they could. Then the DVD's came out and we digested them as quickly as possible. More and more, and we kept watching.

now that brings us to tonight.

the season finale was incredible, although a few things are kinda pissing me off. But that's not the point. The point really is... I'VE GOTTA WAIT TIL 2008 TO SEE ANY MORE?!?!? Are you kidding? Talk about a really bad production plan.
